My boyfriend and I seem to be so happy together. It's been about 6 months and we are totally in love.

Here's my question...

He has been looking for a new job which will require him to relocate. Every time I tell him to stay close to home so he will be near me and he says -every time- "or you could move with me". I think he is serious. He isn't the type to lead me on and say things that are sweet but he doesn't mean. I would move with him, no doubt, but...the question....when you move in with someone or something like this situation do you think it would be more normal to get married first or what? I would be afraid that if I moved with him he would feel off the hook from marrying me.

What do you think???

I would get married first.
And of course you are going to get mixed answers on a site like this, but I would say that if you were married and living together and were sure that this was the person for you, there would be no reason for a baby out of wed-lock, ya know what I mean. You both are responsible to do it, then you are responsible to get married as well.

Tell him how you feel and if he loves you enough to wait for a marriage, than he will.
When you move in together, you tend to be more "active" because you see each other ALOT! That is why I would get married before you move
And Yes he might feel off the hook, but you have to tell him how you feel. There is no "Trying out" marriage. You have to make a commitment and stick with it.
