eat salads for dinner
eat yogurt for lunch
drink lots of water
quit snacking
start exercising - even just walking will help
you should see a difference in a week - depending on how much you cut back on calories and work out, it could be substantial.

Im gonna be honest with you there is no quick way, im just like you. you have to exercise. Actually the only way would be a crash diet (anorexia/bulimia) and you do NOT wanna get into that.
