No, the government only recognizes actual dependants. Once you marry her, though, she will recieve all the benefits of a spouse. I highly recommend doing it if you were already planning on it. Having a baby is expensive, and Tricare covers the expense if you are married. Best of luck to you.

Not until you're married. If you want, you can get officially married by a judge in less than 72 hours. You can still have the big wedding later...

Nope, even after you get married, you won't get health care as a reservist.
unless your called to active duty.

I believe if you're deployed, and married.... is the only way she can. The deployed thing is because unless yer active duty.. you don't get the medical benefits..

a fiancee is never eligible for any benefits. a wife is. a dependent child is. once you're married, your wife, pregnant or not, is eligible, the child is eligible from birth.
