regular R/Ts are governed lower then the Daytona's and the Road & Track packages. Supposedly those are governed to only 146 mph, though my R/T R&T still went past that and hit 154mph per the digital speedo in the EVIC.

Without doing anything to the car, the governor will only allow you to take the car up to between 125 and 135. This depends if your using the auto-stick or not and how high you let your rpm's go up. The car is much faster if you get it tuned at a performance shop and have the chip altered. Believe it or not this will not cost much but the car will suck gas like you will not believe.

I had an 05 300c and it was governed at 126 exactly I always top end cars I own.
