Does this mean I can go to the homes of rich employers who employ illegal immigrants and raid their refrig and sleep in their beds? Can I take their ID and their children's college fund that their children didn't want anyway?

I have a huge problem with illegal immigration. Please, come live here, feel free to be our neighbor! But pay the same taxes we do to enjoy the comforts of 911 and paved roads and free school systems. We want you here, truly. Just be prepared to pay for it. It's worth it!!!

Thomas M said it already, but I concur--only *actions* are illegal, not the people committing the acts.

Lol,probably not but better yet,if no human is illegal, shouldn't we just let all the people in jail out and close down all correctional facilities?

Actions are illegal, not people. Also, I have never seen anyone come on here and defend illegal immigrants who stole or even the ones who came in and collected government benefits.

I think they are "playing" on words. No person is "illegal" - Ok, but, their actions are.......

Whether it is immigrating without documents, or whatever, the action is illegal. the person is not. Ok. Matter of semantics.

No. Not if you're living in the US. We, Americans, have all these opportunities, take advantage of them, they are for you, you don't need to go in anybody's house.

As for illegal immigrants from other countries who were abandoned by their corrupt countries, and they were forced to leave to look for those opportunities here, and to work and live a better life, I'm shocked that's considered crime here in the US.
