five minutes on both sides = rare, with mushrooms and onions.

Sprinkle with salt and garlic, cooked rare. A salad with ranch dressing and a baked potato with butter and sour cream. Iced tea to drink. Ooh I'm hungry now.

Over a wood coal fire.
I find that the gravy, ranch dressing, bacon bits and sour cream fall through the grill. It also makes my salad wilt, and don't get me started on what the wood coals do to my ice cold raspberry tea.

Medium to medium well and I like mine with a little salt and pepper and a touch of A1 steak sauce. I'd go with the baked potato too but bleu cheese dressing on my salad and maybe plain iced tea. You're making me hungry!

My steak is always cooked well done... I might eat it with A1 sauce if its not quite seasoned enough. I like steak with a side salal with ranch dressing. My other side depends on my mood... mostly a semi-loaded baked potato, although sometimes i prefer fried. Steamed broccoli is a good addition too.

I like it the way my dad makes it - start with a nice, lightly marbled yet still lean cut of tenderloin. Season with (I know this sounds weird) meat tenderizer and garlic bread sprinkle, very thick! Then grill until just past rare but not yet medium rare. All I need to go with it is a spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and some fresh French bread....YUMMY!

I like my steak blue, which means it's done for 30 seconds on each side. Not "cooked" so much as "warmed up". Season with a few herbs and squeeze a tomato over it. Lubberly Jubberly!

season meat lightly with lawreys or your favorite steak seasoning. Turn grill to highest setting- then sear the steak on both sides to keep in tenderness. Turn heat down and cook evenly both sides to medium rare-meat will remain tender and juicy. You can never get a better steak in my opinion.
