It does work but depending on what type of breakouts you have. I tried it for several months and it worked. My breakouts came back after I was pregnant and I tried it again and it didn't work. I went to a dermatologist and they said that my breakouts came from within my skin and they actually left scars so Proactive would not cut the job since it works only with breakouts on the outsid of your skin. Go to a dermatologist instead. They can help you and give you exactly what you need instead of wasting your money on something that might not help.

No it does not. It makes your skin redder and you get more pimples. Go to your dermatoligist instead and get medicine you take with water instead of having to scrub your face with those hard chemicals.

i think it depends. If the acne is not irritating to you, it should. It didnt for me because the "gentle" cleanser has sand in it.
