im 13, in 8th grade. so theres this guy, i thought he was cute last year, but i never really liked him a lot. this year when i saw him some reason i like him a lot, this weekend i spent most of the time thinking about him. but heres the thing, i never was sure if he had feelings for me. and this year a new girl came and she and my group of friends became really good friens. but on the second day of school she told us she liked him the gossip got to him so he knows. now when he looks at my table its hard to tell if hes looking at me, or her. nothing really did happen between him and me. we havent even talked to each other. but idk its confusing. and no one knows i like him cuz if i tell they might say im coppieng my friend. What are your opinions? how do i become his friend?(cuz i really do want to) but i only take one class w/ him and its only twice or three times a week , and one week its pe then the next week its health

I know it's the hardest thing to do at your age, but I am serious- just talk to him!! If there's one thing I've learned, it's this: guys of all ages hate all the stupid game-playing that goes along with dating and whatnot. Almost every guy I know says they prefer it for a girl to just be direct with them. Next time you see him, just walk up and say hi. Then strike up a conversation about that one class you have and offer to be his partner if he needs one. If he does like you, he will take you up on your offer and you two can grow closer together. If he likes the new girl better, or he just doesn't like you like that, oh well, at least you tried. Then you can move on to another crush. That's what I would do anyway.

lol... i remember when i was in the 8th grade i had the same problem except one of my friends told him and he knew.It was sort of better because when i flirted he actually flirted back.My advice for you is to to FLIRT trust me it makes a difference even if he doesn't like you he would probably flirt back because most boys that age want to or like to flirt.Flirting is a chance you take and most of the time its worth it.

Let him know you're interested by flirting or talking to him more. After that it's his loss if he goes for the other girl instead of you. But if you barely talk to him, he won't know if he likes you will he?

in p.e., if your on his team for whatever reason, just communicate with him, it doesnt have to be a big conversation but just tell him to pass you the ball, etc. and he'll notice you
