. People are different in being susceptible to cavities. I brush for maybe 2 minutes once a day. Do it after the last meal and before bedtime so the teeth are clean for at least 8 hrs. I have 1 carie a yr.
YOU might need to do it 2-3 times during the day.

Your teeth needs the maximum care and the basic routine to maintain dental hygiene is TOOTHBRUSHING. You have to brush your teeth after you wake up in the morning and every after hard meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). You may brush your teeth also after having snacks and before going to bed to refrain your mouth from bacteria. You may use OraMD to help you maximize your dental hygiene and in getting rid of bad cavities.

You should brush when you get up, after you eat breakfast, after lunch, after dinner, and before you go to bed. It's pretty much necessary for me because I have braces, and whenever I eat anything it gets stuck.

MOST PEOPLE DO IT TWICE A DAY. IN THE MORNING, AND AT NIGHT.
