insted of hating imagrants.....why cant we change the penaltys from them coming here.....change some law that dosnt make us hate?how much longer can you take the treatment you get before you get mad at the government for taxing you so harshly....people will always go where they want...no matter what law says what....humans are not illegal!

Fix the process for those immigrants trying to immigrate LEGALLY first and you'll find that instances of illegal immigration rapidly decline. The law should be the highest authority in the land however, at the moment the law stinks to high heaven with regard to immigration.
Have you heard of the thousands of LEGAL immigrants who have been stuck waiting for an FBI name check for years so that they can receive their Green Cards? It is a problem that will gain more and more attention in the coming months but how does the government expect to deal with illegal immigrants first when they can't even process the legal ones they already have?

Not all immagrants are illegal. I would like to encourage people to petition their own governments to improve their home situations so they can support their families. It's sad when someone has to break another country's laws in order to feed their family.

Laws don't make people hate. The laws are just fine...they just need to be enforced, BUT if you truly want to change the laws, I suggest modeling the US laws on those of Mexico, which are EXTREMELY tough on illegal aliens. Illegal aliens are criminals. Period.

Your question makes no sense, there are no penalties against immigrants. Sure, they have to pay fees for their visa and medical examination, but that can hardly be called a penalty.

Illegal aliens are Criminals, and must be treated as such. Arrested, hounded, denied non-life-threatening health care, food stamps, free school, jobs. They must be deported as many as we can as fast as we can. They Are Criminals!
