Have you got european hair or afro hair

I have afro hair and so could point you in the right direction there.

For all types of hair, coconut oil is a good start, if you gently heat it up, apply to hair, cover in a towel or shower cap and leave on for 2-3 hours, this will really help the frizzes. As for the damaged bits, get regular trims, mine was past shoulder length and so damaged that I had a chop to chin length in February this year, I have let it grow but now have trims every 6-8 weeks

dont use anything for a drug store! pantene is the worst thing you can put on your hair, while it may make you hair FEEL better it is actually sufficating it with a wax bild-up that casues the hair shaft to not recieve any real moisture, which in time will only do worse.
bumble and bumble is a good product however it is very drying on the hair especially on hair in need. I use and love the pureology products. The nanoworks that is in the gold bottle is the best for treatment. giving you a little protien and a lot of moisture. the hydrate in the purple bottle is excelent as well, as it provides great moisture for every day.
these products have no sulfate and are carcigen-free as well as vegan. try them but youll be addicted :)

TreSemme is good (get the big bottles). They have different levels of conditioning so look on the back for the right level.

Also, use a hair serum too after drying your hair to keep it shiny, and use a heat protector to prevent more damage. Keep trimming the ends of your hair to avoid too much split ends.
