Hopefully they will jail all of the management and owners of this business.
Although I believe that illegal immigrants should be deported and jailed if they ever re-enter this country for any reason I feel that they are far less culpable then companies that hire them. These companies are the reason that we pay such high taxes educating, medicating, feeding, jailing, pressing one for english and just the pain in the rear that all of these illegals place on this country.
Do you feel the employers should face LONG sentences?

Yes, unless of course they let me get away with all the illegal stuff I'd like to do.
After all illegal is cheaper, that makes it right, right?

If they knowingly hired them, yes.
However, I assisted a temporary service in sorting out valid and non-valid permanent resident cards, and, it was A LOT harder than I thought it would be! For one of the cards, the nose has to touch the inner circle, so, we could get rid of the ones that didn't do that, but, among the ones that were exactly the right size with the nose touching, there were still some that were fake. I had to do a whole "training" on this and spent a few days sorting through them.....And, still didn't get them all correctly Obviously, many employers don't have the knowledge or time to do this.....
