I dont starve myself i eat 6 small meals a day adding to 1500 calories and i work out usually everday when ieat 1500 cals, but i get lazy somedays and i just wanna sit on my *** and watch tv the whole day when i do that and eat 1500 cals i would gain weight so is it okay on those lazy days to just eat 900 so i wont gain weight , or are there any other suggestions?

900 calories is a starvation diet. If you are having trouble maintaining your energy level you may not be getting enough calories. Eat lean protein. Give your body the fuel it needs to stay healthy and active. Building a little muscle is not a bad thing.

no u will slow ur matablism(sorry if i didnt spell it right) just eat 1500 cals when u dont excercize too. but dont keep not excercizing!!

it is better if you eat less when you do not work out.
