If you are talking about Alcohol, then all cruiselines that leave from the US the drinking age is 21. The bad thing is if you are 20 when you board the ship and turn 21 while on the ship you will still NOT be able to drink, they base your drinking age on the age you are when you board the ship. So if you are planning on celebrating your 21st birthday, make sure you have it prior to leaving for your cruise.

21--any cruise line that serves American ports is going to be 21. Maybe some of the European ones that disembark from Europe but NEVER Disney even if it's a Med sailing.

disney is a great cruise experience, but it is geared to families.

Your parents can sign a card to give permission for you younger than 21 but you are not allowed to buy anyone else a drink on your sail / sign card.
