so, a healthy 14 year old girl that tall should be about?...

you should weigh about 20- 1000 lbs.
that is a good area.

Don't worry too much about your weight. Workout a few times a week (mostly for the benefit of your heart), keep snacks to a minimum, avoid sugary stuff (every now and then as a treat), eat a balanced diet. Your weight will not be a problem. Have fun. Don't spend your time obsessed about weight.

Don't look at those outdated charts either. A lot of them are really out of whack. Some have the same weight for people no matter what their body build happens to be.

Also, write your congressman and ask for a constitutional amendment to allow public execution of spammers.
