RCA P46951internal fuse keeps blowing, what could be the problem,Nothing looks or smells to be fried or burnt?

The fuse is a 125v GMA 5 Bussman. Is this even the right fuse. Is there a standerd problem as to why this fuse keeps blowing? The people I received this from told me that as they were watching it and it just shut off. This is all I know. Help would be appritiated.

Probably a short

I would first start at the power supply of the unit, check there to see if anything is shorted out. Also check the filter capacitors.
