We were looking for a site to order our credit report. We was told there was a site that you can go to to order it but every one of them need a credit card. Is there any out there that does not require one?

The others are right. www.annualcreditreport.com is the only place to truly get a free copy of your credit report, without having to sign up for some credit monitoring trash service.
However if you want your FICO score too, you will have to pay for those.

luvbuz01 , as they said to you the site above allow you to
check your credit report once per year , other that the rest will
ask you for credit to charge you , i heared a bout a blog
which list a very small list of sites which makes you able to
check your credit report once monce for free , i am sorry i
cant poet the blog link here so , open google and type this
phrase as it is :

now in search results the first one called Only Best Deals ,
open it and >>>>> use the top search box there which must
lead you directly to your answers , type free credit report
sites , thats it its too easy , i hope this help you .
