I would say relax...don't worry your head off about it. If you washed your hands afterward, that can NOT get you pregnant. If a little pre-*** came out and he touched your jeans and got you pregnant, he would be known as a miracle worker or something because it is next to impossible for you to get pregnant from that. Don't worry, you're not pregnant. Don't believe me? Wait a few days and take a test just to be sure.

Sperm is killed pretty easily, especially with exposure to air. The little drop that you touched to your underwear wouldn't survive to get through to impregnate you, and you washing your hands thoroughly will prevent you from inpregnating yourself with any touching afterwards to yourself. If you keep your clothes on, and don't touch it directly to your region very shortly after he does his thing, you should be fine.
