Live Harp for bridal party

Bride marches down on "I Promise to Love You" by Wintley Phipps...

you're going to need some pre-ceremony music too, consider something orchestral like Ralph Carmichael's "Something Beautiful" CD...very beautiful

It really depends on your taste. Are you more on the traditional side or contemporary. Here are a few of my personal favorites:

To Take To Hold - Yanni - good for bridal party entrance
Tribute - Yanni - the whole wedding party, even the bride - it's long and dramatic
Joy - The O'Neill Brothers - either wedding party or bride
Love Always - The O'Neill Brothers - - either wedding party or bride

If you are getting married in a church make sure you check with the church about any restrictions on music.

Good Luck and Congratulations!

Here's a different one... One not often thought of when it comes to contemporary music, mainly because it's a Christian band (I don't know if you're having a Christian wedding, but...)

The bridal party AND the bride all entering to "And Now My Lifesong Sings" by Casting Crowns.

It depends on the size of your bridal party. I have it timed so that the bride and her mother are walking down the aisle when Mark Hall sings, "I once was dead, but now I live...I once was dead, but now I live...And now my life, to you, I give..." The song has a double meaning, in this case. It refers to the bride and groom giving themselves wholly to each other, and it also speaks to both of them living in Christ.

I heard it, I knew it, I chose it...and that's it!

Tradition songs are the best...no "here comes the bride"

These are some really good and traditional songs that are used during the wedding and can be placed in any order.

Cannon In D by Pachelbel
Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desire by Bach
Ode to Joy by Beethoven
Trumpet Voluntary by Clarke

You can also look in a Hymn book at your church and find a good selection from that.

Good Luck

Are you getting married in a church? if so ask who ever is in charge of the music if they have some tapes/Cd's with wedding music. The bridal party i played instrumental hymnal. And the bridal march when i came in.
