I'm just looking for something to help me out a little. I'm 18, 5'10" and 230lbs. Thanks!

I'm not sure about that website..... You need to Eat Healthy (which is hard to do, but makes all the difference), do cardio (run,eliptical,) and some weight training. I dont mean lift weights all out, but meidum level weight lifting along with the (nutritional) diet and cardio you will see much better gains lifting some light weights. As to your question about a product out there that will help, id suggest (if any at all) a quality fat burner such as Jetfuel or such to raise your metabolism, but just know if you dont change your diet and excercise they will do almost nothing so dont even get into tfat burners untill youve accomplished all the others first.

Losing weight is actually very simple.
All you have to do is lower your caloric intake and increase your caloric out put...ie, exercise and watch what you eat.
