does a nose piercing hurt? i have 2 navel piercings and a eyebrow piercing. thanks

first of all the person who said when you have a cold it will get infected, is wrong. although if you dont clean it well enough in the first months you can get a little bubble there which doesnt look so good. but ive gotten it peirced twice and theres a little pinch and its over. its sore for awhile but nothing too bad. and yes you will tear. i say if you really want it done, get it done. it looks cute and its worth it =)

It's most comparable to your ears (the first piercing that almost everyone has). Really quick and simple. Think about it- not much skin to go through in comparison to other piercings. It'll make your eyes water because the piercing is so close to your sinuses. The healing process isn't bad either. Really no swelling to speak of. Might be a little red, but other than that no big deal. It literally takes 40 seconds from start to finish from putting the needle in to putting the stud/ring in. If you got your navel pierced, you should be fine.

Not really. It aches a little for a couple of days, but if you already have some piercings it shouldn't be worse than any of them. I had a nose ring for a couple of years and I really liked it. Just keep it clean and clean it out with alcohol if you get a cold.

the navel hurt way more there is a little sting, when i got mine i thought it hurt like hell but its the second time and the needle went through scar tissue my eye started to water and that was it not too bad at all

It's more of a shock than pain. Your eyes also water like crazy. I think the navel is worse.

hell yes! I got my nose pierced with a needle and a tear came out of my eye. then the whole side of my face felt numb for a few hours. but it was worth it.

I have been with my girl/friends when they get their nose pierce. They say it only stings for a little bit but then it's all good!

It hurts for only a few seconds and then your fine. You may get a headache afterwards. When me and my friends went and got them done we had headaches for a few hours afterwards and had to lay down. Just depends on how you take pain and it seems like you can handle it. [[:

not really...it hurt a little more than a belly button piercing. You feel like you have to sneeze while they do it.
