If u want to lose weight start exercising like jogging, cycling,swimming, skipping and cut sugar and carbs from ur diet as its equally important. For example i don't take sugar when i have milk and it was disgusting in the beginning but later i got used to it.If u do this regularly there is no reason that u will not lose weight unless u have any medical problem.I lost 2 kgs in 15 days though i was not at all fat and i used to do jogging only for 20 minutes daily.
Do these exercises (called 8 minute abs,8 minute arms, 8 minute buns and 8 minutes legs on youtube) regularly and correctly and u will see the results.

Also try to avoid junk food, pepsi etc.

You don't have to cut anything out that you like, just don't eat as much of it. Do some exersize that makes you sweat for about 30 minutes a day. You can also do some things that make you look slimmer- buy panties that have hip tuckers in them& belly flatteners, they are aroud $10 each and can be found in most stores. Wear black, no stripes on your clothing... a bubbly personality and self confidence in the way you walk and present yourself speaks volumes. If you look confident and happy with yourself- you will be attractive. If you want to lose 50 pounds, do it slowly, over a year. Drastic weght loss is unsafe.

Wow, that's a lot of weight in not a lot of time. I suppose it's possible, depending on how determined you are. You'd have to take up some very strenuous excercising habits--half an hour at the gym three days a week is not enough. I would take up running for at least an hour daily. You'd also have to eat a lot of nastily healthy food, with really low fats and sugars. They best way to lose weight is still, despite every fad diet and 'breakthrough medical technology,' diet and excercise is still the best way to lose weight, unless you want to starve yourself or undergo liposuction. Neither of those are very healthy.

Whatever the event it is NOT worth it. Eat better, increase your exercise and water drinking and consult a "shopper" who knows clothes, there are all kinds of things that can be done with your clothing to highlight your good pieces and camouflage "difficult" areas.
A healthy 15 pound loss with the right clothes will have a better outcome than any drastic fad attempt.

Seriously, that amount of weight in that amount of time is too much too fast. I have lost about 41 pounds since April 9 and I "took off" the month of July due to travel and my birthday. That is still a pretty good pace all things considered. The way to do it -- simple decrease calories in (eat fruits, veggies, control portions, reduce fat intake) and increase calories out (EXERCISE!!!).

i used a combination of all these things to lose 10 pounds but i lost about 20 instead.
if you have a trampoline then do 3k jumps on that everyday. play rugby or american football. take up boxing. jump rope. jog. and lifting wieghts can help you to loose weight.
if these seem to get boring then listen to music or daydream while doing them 'cos that worked for me and i arent easy to entertain. =D hope it helps.

you can try a colon cleanse... you can try the lemonade diet its 2 table spoons of maple syrup grade b, and half of a lemon for every 8oz of water, and Cayenne pepper... you would end up loosing about 1 pound a day... but its just the lemonade no solid food for 50 days if that how much you want to loose...
