If you are 14 I wouldn’t really worry about it. I am a father of a 16 year old and we had this talk too.
As long as you are eating right and exercising some, basically healthy as you can be, don’t worry about it. If you have concersn still, talk to your parents. Even ask them if you can go to the doctor and see what he/she thinks.
Good luck

Some people's bodies unfortunately store fat in their stomach area. Even with crunches, if you have a layer of fat over your stomach then you will not be able to see any of the muscle definition that you gained from the ab exercises. Unfortunately, it is also extremely difficult to spot target with exercise. To get a better stomach you should eat healthy, cut as many bad carbs as you can, don't eat sugar and bad fatty foods, and exercise regularly. Maybe play a sport at your school, or if youre not into that, find some active activity that you can do often- running? swimming? biking? It takes time to see results but it will be worth it. Good luck.

The only way to get a flatter stomach is not by doing a million crunches but whenever you eat, do not eat untill you're stuffed like a turkey.

My advice is to not worry about it but if you still want to get a nice stomach then simply stay active. You can get a tight stomach in no time if you stay busy and live life like a teen should. Sports, running, jogging, walking, anything to keep you moving.

stomach fat has to do with diet. Especially if you are skinny execpt for the belly, that is the hardest fat to loose. CHange your diet to lo carb high protein, and make sure you get all your veggies, and up your cardio. It will come off but you have to be dedicated.

You can't burn fat from a specific area, your burn fat from everywhere. Doing sit-ups will build the muscles there, but won't concentrate on belly fat.
Do running or swimming.
