That is a hate-monger question.......
evolution does not necessarily improve mental capacity... Survival of the fittest in the days of old would cause the strong to develop first... It is only over the past couple thousand years that intelligence has proven to be superior survival tool... So give it about 2000 more generations and then ask the question again..
