Suggestions:
1) found out the exact date when you interviewed, 'sometime in April' sounds like you aren't a precise person, like they would want in a credit specialist
2) tell them where you found out the position was open again, to demonstrate your research and so they know what you've seen
3) change 'really interested' to 'interested', you don't want to sound too desperate
4) 'if possible can you consider me' sounds too tentative, just say 'Please consider me for the Credit Specialist position.
5) after last sentence say 'I look forward to your reply.'

your resume isn't attached. That could be your first problem
