what I mean is a study guide that can help a Christian be a better Christian in the workplace without being offending to others that might not have any idea about Jesus - like being a better witness

A great book is "Letters to Persons in the World" by St. Francis de Sales, published by Sophia Institute Press. People would write to this bishop about their spiritual problems and he would answer them, and that's what these letters are. I find it very helpful!

If you are truly a Christian, how can you be anything else at work. This shows me that your faith is probably weak. If you think you are a true Christian, then you should pray to let your light shine where ever you go. It is not hard to spot a fake Christian, they are a dime a dozen.
