Like New Born Christians they declare to be distinctive from the Catholics and the different classic Christian religions. Jews have been chosen human beings because of the fact from Adam and Eve all the way down to Abraham, those have been enlightened those which will carry out a convention of residing interior the lifestyles of one God believers following a covenant. What made them deny Jesus is they sometimes thought that Jesus grew to become into not the Messiah they predicted while he began making modifications interior the previous regulation. Jesus would have truly been chosen yet a technique or the different his strikes would have fallen far flung from his best purpose that's to "collect returned the lost Souls of Israel" as a substitute, he farther scattered them away as prophesied by Zechariah."Strike the shepherd and the sheep would be scattered". look at Isaiah 14:12-17 and notice that Lucifer (Morning famous individual, Son of the break of day) grew to become into not Angel who grew to become against God yet a guy, Son of a youthful (break of day) elderly maiden. Then look at Revelation 22:sixteen to understand who's that guy who declare to be Morning famous individual.

Romans 2:10-11
but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. For God does not show favoritism.
Acts 10:34-35
Then Peter began to speak: "I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts men from every nation who fear him and do what is right.
From reading the Bible, I believe the Jews were the chosen people because they believed in God, the Scriptures, and were Jews until the Life, Death and Resurrection of My Lord, Jesus Christ. Then the Jews that believed, were then Christians, believing in both the Old and New Testatments.

People or nation. Never a race. Jews aren't a race.
The actual text of Deuteronomy 14:2
2. For you are a holy people to the L-rd, your G-d, and the L-rd has chosen you to be a treasured people for Him, out of all the nations that are upon the earth.

No, first the Jews are not a race. They might be called an ethnic group, not a race. As for as the chosen part, the Jews have been trying to figure out what they were chosen for as they have lost this knowledge. May I suggest they were chosen to be the message givers to the rest of the world that there is one and only one true God and He has a plan or a program for our experience here in mortality. God needed to have a group of people who would live His commandments and His way of life He wanted all of us to live. So he set apart a group to be this showplace of righteousness. However, as you read the scriptures of God's interaction with this people - the Bible - apparently this group did not get their calling down. They wanted to squabble, fight, sin and do everything against God they could. He warned them he woudl scatter them. He would bring them down to humbleness so that he could call them back to His ways. He warned them he would have a showplace people and would not forget He had chosen them. Most people do not realize this promise was to the twelve trives of Isreal, not just the Jews, who are only one tribe of the House of Isreal. You may be of the Tribe of Dan or Naphtali, as they were taken north when captured, so they are probably mixed among the peoples of Europe. Are you to be gathered? Are you to become a righteous person so you are one of God's messengers of His ways and His truth? I suspect you are or you would not be asking this question. Good Luck in your search

well I am Jewish and I would like you to prove your claim.
please site for us where in the Bible dose it refer to Jews as God's chosen race?
OK
"for you are a people holy to the LORD your God. Out of all the peoples on the face of the earth, the LORD has chosen you to be his treasured possession"
First I see no mention of the word race. Second it calls them holy and treasured, nowhere dose it say superior or better.
A Monk might be considered by some to be a holy individual, but that dose not mean he is superior to others and has more rights to them.
The term racist means that you see once race as superior or inferior to another, nowhere have you demonstrated this to be true. You have still failed to prove your accusation.

I understand it to mean, that they were not chosen because they were better than everybody. But because a small remnant of the Jewish people, not all of them mind you. Kept the faith in the One God, while everyone else had turned back to idolatry. Which gave God a soft spot in his heart for them. And that is why God chose them to work His Will through.

No. But they were God's instrument in bringing the written word of God to the rest of the world. That is quite an honor.

His chosen people, based upon the promises made to Abraham.
But God is making them the last, when they thought they would be the first. That is hardly being racist.

Jesus Christ is the ultimate reason why God chose israel to be his chosen people. God did not have to have a “chosen people,” but he decided to do it that way. Jesus had to come from some nation of people, and God chose israel.
God’s desire for israel was that they would go and teach others about him. israel was to be a nation of priests, prophets, and missionaries to the world. God’s intent was for israel to be a distinct people, a nation of people the pointed others towards God and his promised provision of a redeemer, messiah, and savior. for the most part, israel failed in this task. however, God’s ultimate purpose for israel, that of bringing for the messiah and savior, was fulfilled perfectly – in the person of Jesus Christ.
