Hello Cheeky,

First of all, I believe that God really does exist. Second of all, God's Word tells us that ALL have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. That means obvious sins like stealing or lieing and also not so obvious sins like gossip or making a snide comment. But, the great thing is that when we accept Jesus we strive to be more like Him everyday. Jesus said " I am the vine and YOU are the branches, IF a man remains in ME and I in him, he will bear much fruit, apart from me you can do nothing." In Galatians, we see what the fruits of the spirit are. Gentleness, kindness, etc.etc. The longer we walk with Jesus the more "fruit" that we bear. And people will see. I think, that when you see a Christian that is kind of mean or maybe has a bad attitude, they may just be having a bad day and sometimes need to be given the benefit of the doubt. But, sometimes, they may just be baby Christians and have not walked with the Lord for very long.

2 Corinthians 12:19 -- Have you been thinking all along that we have been defending ourselves to you? We have been speaking in the sight of God as those in Christ; and everything we do, dear friends, is for your strengthening.

Applying those scriptures to this scenario, yes, I believe that God is actually pleased with our behavior. All I am doing on here is trying to help people who have valid questions understand my faith; or defend God against those who choose to mock Him. Have a good day.
