I'd take the delivery job. You'll have much more freedom, even though you'll be on a route. You need to have plenty of time for school and your family, so as long as you can survive on part-time wages...that's the one I'd suggest.

1. If your wife is not employed, then a part time job may not be enough to support you, her, and a child, so you may need to take the full time job.
Otherwise, consider that as you get farther along in college, you may find that some classes needed to finish you degree are not available at times that do not conflict with one of the jobs. Therefore, you should lean towards whichever job will work around the classes that you will need to take in the future.
Also consider that P&G has lots of jobs requiring college degrees, so if you work there, you might be able to obtain one of those jobs when you graduate. I do not know if the same is true of the propane company.
2. Do not post on the Internet that your daughter's age exceeds the time for which you have been married until you have told her that you were not yet married when she was born. You would not want her to learn this by reading it here.

I'd go with Procter&Gamble. The hours are better for taking college classes.
The P&G work is less dangerous, and with a child and wife you need to consider your own safety for their sake.
Driving a propane filled truck is dangerous, if you're going to endanger yourself the pay should be much higher. If you chose Ferrellgas you should purchase life insurance to cover your family in case something happens to you while you're driving. The cost of life insurance will erase the slight extra money being offered by Ferrellgas. Although I'm sure you're a safe driver, there are many other crazy/bad drivers on the road.
The pay for both jobs is the same once you're at P&G 90 days.

Both jobs sound okay and I think it's great you're continuing your education. The Ferrellgas may be less stressful while you're taking classes since it's only a part-time job and no weekends.
However, I am assuming Procter & Gamble has good benefits, such as retirement, health insurance, etc. If this is the case, you may want to stick with them and advance the more education you obtain.

If it wouldn't raise an issue as far as time spent with your wife and daughter, I say go for P & G. Full time over part time, if it won't burn you out. More money. Spending time with your family is important, but you gotta make sure you're a good provider too...Generally, the potential for raises for forklift operators is pretty good. Even a supervisory position is a possibility. There is less of a certainly as to where the Ferrell position would lead.

Since you have a family, you should consider your long term options. It sounds like P&G will give you more raises quicker first of all. It is also a huge company and I would think there's lots of room to move up. If you get your degree eventually, you could go into management or even executive. :-) What is your future with Ferrellgas? I'm not familiar with the company, so only you can do the comparison. Good luck!
