Try drinking OJ or an anti-oxident tea every day. It sounds like you are doing every thing else right.

Just do your best to keep from gettnig run down and compromising yourself.

Good Luck!

the biggest key to a good immune system is getting enough sleep. you'd be surprised how less frequent you feel ill when you get 7-8 hrs a night. stress can also cause the immune system to malfunction so try getting a little exercise to relieve stress and tension. also taking a vitamin c supplement and drinking plenty of fluids will help greatly. and keep washing your hands but not too often because there are good bacteria on your hands too that keep you from getting sick.

Take more vitamin C, echinacea, goldenseal, and drink pomegranate juice. Make sure that when you do your handwashing to maintain friction for at least 30 seconds and after you dry your hands, turn off water with that paper towel, then use that same paper towel or a fresh one to open the exit door of said facility. No use in touching a dirty door with clean hands. Also todays fruits and vegetables do not have the same amount of vitamins and minerals that they did 40 years ago. Which is why we need supplements. Centrum also works pretty good.

Get adequate exercise, drink 10 glasses of water a day. Make sure you're getting enough vitamins a one-a-day wouldn't hurt. 7-8 hours of sleep. Use alcohol gel on your hands frequently. Lots n lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. NO bologna, hot dogs or fast foods. You might want to try something like "Airborne" enhancing your immune system. There, you're better already.

well, i know a friend who`s sister has a weak immune system..if you go to a doctor they may prescribe you some medicine to help..

make sure the soap isn`t antibacterial because that kills bad and good germs..so then your hands are more prone to getting bad ones more often..but since it`s normal soap..continue to wash your hands before and after you eat, be sure not to touch your face or eyes or mouth that often.

and ask one of your parents or gaurdian to talk to the school..it doesn`t matter how poor your school is they need to keep clean..i know this cause my school was so poor we only had two janitors lol..but we lived..

i hope you`re doing okay and all the best ! hope you get better :)

I am sorry you have been getting sick in the past year.
I applaud you for eating better and being more proactive in trying to take care of your health.

Sometimes, it helps to know what makes our immune system weak, and if we avoid these things, our health will improve. Here is a few reasons why the immune system gets weak.

Toxins: Most people today have excess accumulation of toxins and waste material in their bodies causing their body to be acidic and adding stress to their immune system function. The two main reasons for this is
1) People are putting huge amounts of toxins (mostly unknowingly) in their bodies on a regular basis and
2) their elimination channels are clogged, slow or sluggish.
3) toxins like "junk" food, medications(drugs), sugars, excess alcohol, allergens all stress your immune system, thus making it weak and unable to fight the germs when exposed to them.

Nutritional Deficiency:
When your body lacks nutrition, you will have a weak immune system.
Since our bodies can not produce nutrients needed for optimal health, quality food plays a major factor in keeping our cells healthy and our immune system strong. Food not only provides energy to your body, but all the nutrients that are essential for a healthy immune system.

Lack of drinking healthy water:
Dehydration means the cells just simply do not have enough fluid. Dehydration cause medical problems including pain, arthritis, asthma, and allergies, among other medical issues. It can affect your energy and your sleep, and the ability to get toxins/waste material out of the body.

Lack of physical activity:
Lack of regular, moderate exercise appears to slow down cleansing the body of certain toxins and waste products

Lack of sufficient rest:
lack of sleep will stress your immune system and thus increase the risk of catching a bug.

The good news is that God gave us a wonderful and marvelous immune system to fight against germs and keep your body healthy. To learn many ways to strengthen your immune system go to www.immunesystemremedies.com
