I think gravity is just God pushing us all down and there's no proof to think otherwise.

If it looks like a troll, smells like a troll, and talks like a troll, then it must be a troll.

Actually there is some argument about Newton's idea that gravity is constant throughout the Universe. If you want a long held scientific position that could fall at some point, the Laws of Gravity are the prime candidates.

My theory is that the Earth just sucks.

I am a Christian, and i know that evolution took place. Dont be ignorant! God made Humans, and humans evolved. Apes did not become humans.

And gravity does exist. It depends on the size of the planet on how hard gravity pushes down. You would get squished on Jupiter.

What's more likely? That a huge spherical planet traveling through space at thousands of miles an hour has planetary pull, which is also seen with the moon, the orbit of the earth around the sun, and every shuttle and satellite that has orbited the earth?

or...that A guy that looks like rip van winkle is 'pushing down'...

btw...if you think 'evilution' is fake, you obviously haven't done your research....you've let hundreds of years of repression do it for you...

You need to read a book by W.C. Wright "Gravity is a Push".
It puts a whole new spin on this theory. Take a look at both sides of the problem then decide for your self.

The Theory of evolution as well as the Theory of gravity are Theories. what is a Theory? well a theory is a mathematical or logical explanation, or a testable model of the manner of interaction of a set of natural phenomena, capable of predicting future occurrences or observations of the same kind, and capable of being tested through experiment or otherwise falsified through empirical observation. therefore until it is proved otherwise they both exist and are as true as we can get. theories can be changed depending on what evidence comes along. Theories are not set in stone.

Gravity is the result of the fact that the Earth sucks.

I like the tone of the question...come on Fundamentalists, let's see you debunk that other famous 'theory' - gravity.

Of course, Jesus managed to outdo Newtonian physics by ascending into heaven, so I dare say that will be their answer - it is God's will that we be tethered to the earth, otherwise He would have intelligently designed us with wings.

It's amazing how many people don't see the sarcasm with which your question is phrased!

(check out the guy (CLRichard) two answers below me - 'I have never seen a frog lay a duck egg' - can you BE any more ignorant of a theory?)_
