If he's all gray, name him something like smokey or if he has a lot of fur, fluffy. How about Mokey. If you can just call him kitty until you know more about his personality, that's probably best, and then name him by his personality, not by his pelt! If he has lighter and darker stripes (most gray cats do) you can call him graystripe or graystar (from the warriors books, read them there great!!!) Sam and Max are always good names too!
