I've been taking Japanese for 2 and a half years, its coming along very well for me and I can speak it fluently and write in two out of the three different writting styles. I wanted to take a side language, but something that's harder than Japanese. Dont say Chinese, Korean or Arabic I have no intrest learning those. Any suggestions? I don't care if the language is a 'dead language' either.

languages I have already learned- English, Latin, Hindi, Punjabi, Ordu, Italian, Japanese ( almost done)

I would say the language of the bushmen that live in the Kalahari desert in South Africa. When I heard them speak in the film "The Gods Must Be Crazy" it sounded just like a bunch of clicks and clucks. Good luck figuring that one out.

i already speak and write fluently in spanish!

well good luck, personally, i dont think you need to even learn anymore languages. maybe you should start travelling, if you dont already. live in a country for like 6 months or a year, where you can apply what you learned already? maybe that may be interesting for you.

well good luck with watever you choose!!!!

Well, besides English, Chinese is pretty much the only thing harder (and one that is actually useful to know). Maybe Thai or Vietnamese if you don't want to know Chinese.
