Were an ice cream flavor, which one would it be and why?

Ben and Jerrys..Cherry Garcia.......and I don't know why ...it is a righteous flavor!

It would be a multicolored explosion of flavor that heightens the senses and makes one more aware of the natural world around them. Making me realize that my brain is awake and ready to gather more understanding about the natural world and my place in it. I am an atheist and don't believe in state sponsoring of ice cream flavors or promotion of ice cream flavors in schools.
I would definitely not choose one flavor to the exclusion of all others (If you don't eat Strawberry ice cream, you're going to Hell).

Vanilla. All other flavors go well with it, in fact vanilla is so sublime it enhances all other flavors while adding its own richness. And you can add anything you want to it, on it, over it.
