workout.?.I put 10lb legs weights on each leg and do these pulls up..and I am doing push ups as well..I used to do these upper body workouts with weights..but got bored. But..I need to know if these are enough to get the proper good workout. Thanks ..

Yes. Pull ups and push ups are great. Pull ups work some of the biggest muscles in your body, thus helping you burn a lot more calories throughout the day. Push ups work a lot of different muscle groups as well. Push ups even work out your abs. If your just starting out try to do 10 sets of 10 on pushups or 5 sets of 25. Try to get 100-200 in every other day. You don't want to put too much stress on your body. For pull up try 3 sets 10 or whatever you can do. Have fun.

You should be getting a good upper body workout, but make sure you're varying your exercises. There are TONS of different push-ups. If you've got the military (regular) one mastered, try one handed, triangle, wide grip, etc.

Google upper body exercises and you'll find a lot for a great upper body!
