What does that mean?? I had a wire holding on to my old teeth and when I puled the wire, the old molars all fell out. But I had an extra set of teeth right underneath them.

It means you are very confident in yourself. Losing teeth means a fear of losing whatever is important to you. You know that you can not lose whatever is important to you, that even if you do (old teeth), there will be something equally as important and equally as good backing it up (extra teeth). The fact that the old teeth were on a wire shows that you feel you are in control of adding and removing what is important to you from your life at will.
