There's no such thing as natural U238.

You have to refine U235 to make U238.

It's tricky. Maybe you should get yourself a breeder reactor and make some plutonium like they were doing at chernobyl?

YOU do not refine U238. The resulting metal is unsafely radioactive.

And you can't separate or make heavy water in a home lab ... the equipment required costs billions.
