i was doing some diy with difficulty and i swore i heard my dead fathers voice as if he was wanting to help me if this is possible then how can i tune in and not be scared stiff?there are many unanswered questions over his death and i would like to communicate.

am not suffering any mental illness and i am totally aware my father is dead thankyou!!the time i heard him is apt as he was the one who always dropped everything to help me with the things i couldnt manage being a single mum like D.I.Y

I truely believe you heard him, I am a Spiritualist Medium and find the experience of passing on a message from a loved one to a sitter very humbling.
You do not need a Medium to pass on a message if you can hear him yourself, you are obviously able to do this yourself. This form of Mediumship is called clairvoyance.
Spiritualism is the only Religion that can prove that your soul continues after you shed your physical body.
Why should you be scared stiff, if you listened to you father in his lifetime why not listen now? He may not be ready to give you all the answers yet regarding his death. Time will hopefully change this.
My advice to you would be visit your local Spiritualist church, perhaps for the Sunday Service, or a basic awareness course which will give you the oportunity to understand how and why Spirit communicate. Consider that they were interested in your life when they were around, just because they have passed why shouldnt they still be interested?
I offer my sympathy for your loss, and rest assured, whatever the circumstances are behind your fathers death he will be well, and cared for if needed.
If you go to the Spiritualist Church please do not tell any one any personal details about your father, if he wishes to communicate he will tell the mediums within the centre and they in turn can pas the information onto you.

I have heard and spoke with many relative that has past . This does not mean that you are crazy and YES it is possible you need to communicate to him and acknowledge and the volume will become louder.
Just keep communicating with him light a white seven day candle and talk this DOES WORK!

I have to agree with gertrude. You might have some sort of pdychic connection snd that is why you are hearing him now. I recentally wentto a medium who brought both my mother and father thru. things were told no one would of known about me except for them and the angels.. Go with what you believe. I am just starting my schearch for thr answers.. but i do believe there are people who can comunicate.. hugs deb

I'm not trying to sound harsh, but the Bible teaches that once we're dead, we're dead. His spirit is with God now, and he is sleeping in death. (Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6, 10; Psalm 146:4; John 11:11-14; Acts 7:60) I know it may be hard to accept, because none of us want to admit that our loved ones are totally gone. We would like to believe that they're still alive in another realm, watching over us, but that's not what the Bible teaches.
Communicating with the dead is a trick that Satan and his demons use to mislead people today. People grieving over the death of a loved one are often deceived by wrong ideas about those who have died. A spirit medium may give special information or may speak in a voice that seems to be that of a dead person. As a result, many people become convinced that the dead are really alive and that contacting them will help the living to endure their grief. But any such “comfort” is really false as well as dangerous. Why? Because the demons can imitate the voice of a dead person and give a spirit medium information about the one who died. The Bible does teach the ressurection hope, though, so there's a huge chance you'll see him again in the future! :) (John 5:28,29)

We don't stop loving those we loved when we were alive. There are tiers in heaven. While those above us can come to us, we can't go to them. There is no reason to be afraid of your father, unless you were afraid of him in life. He is still the same as before, only better. Love does not die just because the body stopped working.

Don't listen to the anti spirit mob as they haven't a clue about the Spirit world.
Your father loves you very much and he still watches over you, keep talking to him because he is around.
My advice is to go to the Spiritualist Church
and listen to what they say. and before long you will get a message from your father.
I have seen and talked to my daughter,love cannot die and they can come back to comfort you. God Bless.

The week-end after we buried my mother, I was working the crossword puzzle in the newspaper, and I heard my mother's voice tell me the answer to one of the words I didn't know. I put in the word I heard her voice tell me, and it was the correct word.

I am not one to say but do u think maybe u heard gods voice and thought it was your daddies. My daddie died 7 yrs ago and he comes and talk to me and my hubby in our dreams and tell us he is ok as i still have a hard time with his death even now. remember when they talk and u hear them listen to them and try and practice the good word and not bad words...

I believed your father was a good father, someone that was there for you and you respected his judgements. I guess you miss him very much. Nothing wrong with that, it's natural.
