My girlfriend and I sharred an apartment then we got into a fight and she took her stuff and left and after talkin a little it we came to a conclusion sayin we were done. Well a day later i brought a girl home just to watch movies and stuff and stayed up all night with no kissing or sex whatsoever. Well later on in that same day me and my ex were talking and came to an agreement sayin that we didn't break up at all. So i'm wondering would that be considered cheatin or because of the circumstances it's not?

Not cheating. Your gf would probally agree not cheating....if it was someone else's situation. Sorry to say, your probally going to have a rough patch if she finds out, but your conscience should be clear which will help. Good luck.
