if u smoke weed for ur first time ever today , take enogh to get high then get drug tested in 3 weeks will it still be there?

ya don't take a drug test if you're gonna fail, if you've never failed one before. Because then when you get asked if you've ever failed a drug test you'd have to check yes.

and in 3 weeks time you very well could test positive.

IT really depends on you. If you are a fairly active, fit person with a reasonable metabolism, chances are it will be gone. The thirty day thing is more of a general trueism: i have seen it stay in people's systems for almost two months, but have passed tests within a week of smoking.
drink lots of water, get some niacin (a dietary supplement) , take your vitamins and eat healthy. If you are nervous about it (or the test is for something REALLY important, you can get home test kits at a drug store for around $20. take it the day before your real test, and if you fail then you can buy yourself another few days.

It depends...the properties of weed cling to the fat in your body. If you're skinny and active, you can flush it out of your system fairly fast with cardio exercise and loads of water. It's not a guarantee, though. Three weeks is a short amount of time. If it was a month or two, I'd say definitely, but three weeks....IDK.
Either way, start drinking tons of water to get it out of your system.
