Fruits are good for you... I would not avoid them. Eat lots of berries. they are miracle foods for your overall health. Grapes and watermelon will keep your digestive tract moving along nicely. Citrus is great for vitamin C and folic acid and bannanas are great for your nerves and thinking because of their potassium. Do eat your fruits in moderation. Cutting back, but not eliminating fatty meats like hamberger and becon and cheeses helps... as painful as it sounds.
If you want to lose weight, the best diet is a balanced diet in which you slightly reduce portions as you increace exersize. Without exersize, a diet...any diet can backfire. I will help you to make any small adjustments you feel are needed especially when you come here.
But if you really want to know, I think you are so beautiful as you are. You are the definition of "sexy" to me (-;

All fresh fruits are good for diets. The key is to limit the number of fruits to no more than three a day, otherwise you may run the risk of intaking too much sugar. Yes, it is natural sugar, and it is better for you than processed sugar, but none the less it is sugar. Obviously if you eat an apple that is considered one fruit, but if you eat strawberry's, one is not enough. One piece of fruit per meal or a 1/2 a cup of a smaller fruits per meal. Eat all the fresh leafy green vegetables you want and naturally drink lots of water. Good luck!

Commercially produced apples have an abnormally high amount of sugar in them (far more than 20 or 30 years ago) but while they may be bad for your teeth, they don't contain enough sugar to be a calorie problem. Basically, you can eat all the fruit you want with a clear clear conscience.

Any that you like so much you'll eat too large a serving. All fruit is healthy in small amounts. Sorry, honey, but you're going to have to count the calories.
Oh, yes: any fruit that you can't eat without adding sugar.

Preferrably, you would pick foods that have the lowest glycemic index, that is, foods that cause the least increase in your blood sugar levels.
