Does an Army/Navy surplus store only supply camouflage or also dress uniforms? I'm trying to see whether I could find any United States Naval officers' dress uniforms for sale.

The best Army/Navy surplus stores are the ones outside of Army and Naval bases. They get the best stuff from the source (young soldiers/seamen who need money, that guy that steals your stuff, people getting out of the service). If you are looking for naval uniforms at surplus stores in Nebraska then you will probably be out of luck. You can probably find something on E-bay or one of the many surplus store websites available.

Try calling a surplus store. If you are going to go so far as to wear one, maybe you could look up the uniform regs on BUPERS first so you don't look like ***. No wearing of the Congressional MOH, it's a felony.

Before you try to buy a man's dress uniform why don't you buy a tutu first. It is probably a better fit. You could always enlist and get one honestly.
