I live in Massachusetts and I'm 15 years old. The problem is that in MA you have to have a permit or a license, but when they stopped my brother a while ago and he was 15 all they did was say GO HOME and never ride the moped again until you have a permit or a license.

A lot of things. It all depends on what he did when he stopped you. If he just gave you a warning, then it's no big deal.
The next time he catches you, he could send you to juvenile hall and impound the Moped. So it may be a good idea to do what he said. If he told you not to drive it on the street, then don't. The next time he may not be so lenient.

He arrest you and takes you to jail for running over two little ones playing in there yard when you ran through.

impound your moped as evidence and send for a wrecker which will cost. getting it out of impound will cost you. you have to go to court and pay a fine. that will cost you. so fellow, you have to ask yourself if it is worth it to you to zip about being an annoying scofflaw?

I think if he shot you or clubbed you with his PR-24, that would be the worst thing he could do to you.

the worst thing he probably can do is make you take it home,and talk to your parents about it,that's about it,he cant arrest you for it,about all he can do is make sure you make it back home ok,good luck.

a ticket maybe even the moped taken away idk i live in CA thats what they do here
