As stated, the required amount will be 10%, so $350. But, many cities have gone to require a bail bondsman. This is to hopefully insure that the accused shows up at the court date. If the accused dosnt appear your responsible for the whole amount plus fines. Your choice, let him sit or get him out.

Bail/bondsmen can be found in the phonebook. They will not reduce the bail. It may be 10% of the bail to get him out unless it is a cash bond.

a bail bonds is gonna want some sort of property example(car or a house) to insure that they will go to court. if not then they have a co-signer who will be held responsible for the money that is owed to the bail bonds if they dont appear in court.

Depending on the state your in, they will lower his bond after so many days, here, its 60-90 days. But it sounds like he got a fairly low bond amout for his charges.
And as far as bondsmen, just look it up in the phone book

No, they won't lower the bail amount. You can find bail bondsmen through the lcoal lock up facility. Your friend probably already has access to this information. Given the charges, I'd leave him there because he might as well get used to it.

They might lessen his bail depending on how good his lawyer is and whether he has been arrested and convicted before. It all depends.

look up bail bonds in you local yellowpages... the bail is 10 percent I think but you have to put something worth the 3500 up in case he jumps it.

Sure...the 1st time... he appears or at any time, he can ask
for a bail reduction, and usually get it.......then get ahold of a bondsman, and he'll tell you what else is needed.......
