i hardly eat anything in the day

i eat around 8 crackers every 2 hours and alot of water, the biggest thing i would eat would be a salad, and sometimes a toast with peanut butter in the morning.

I also rollerblade 10-15 minutes every night.
How long do you think this would take to make me look skinner?

thanks

That may make you slimmer, but is not healthy. Please consult a nutritionist for a sensible plan. You should never deprive yourself of food- it's about balance. Your body needs a certain amount of calories and nutrients- crackers aren't going to cut it.

That would prolly make u look skinnier but not slim. Slim is when a girl has a sexy body with low fat. This kind of skinny would make u look like a 11 yr old boy skinny. What you should do is consintrat on eating more fruits and veggies, and staying away from fatty food. Eating this little also slows down your metabolism. the trick is to eat 5-6 small meals a day like a a nice breakfast to kick off the metabolism for the day 3 hours later a small smack like an apple, 3 hours later lunch , 3 hours later small snack, the a proper dinner, dont eat anything 3 hours b4 your going to bed also

OK I think you need to know the hard truth about this type of diet and quick solution. I am saying from experience. What happens is that you lose weight for sure but what you lose is water and muscles. You end up being skinny fat. Yses you look skinny because you have no meat on your body but then your body fat percentage is higher then before . Remember that the body uses fat source for energy last.

If you give it too little food it starts to stinge on fat even more and starts to store energy as fat from that little food you eat. Later if you want to get out of your diet, it takes time for the body to realise that you are no longer startving. By then you would have put on more weight then you lost and end up with a low metobolism as you would have little muscles in your body.

The best way to go about lossing weight is to eat a reduced calorie diet but no lesser than 1200 calories. That would be just enuff to keep your bodily fucntions going smoothly. DO more cardio. 10-15 min is fine. But do that 10-15 min thing about 2 to 3 times a day. Research shows that accumulating bouts of physical exertions throughout the day has the same effect is not better then doing it in one shot.

It takes time for there to be visible results. Usually around 4 to 6 weeks you should be seeing some visible results if you stop doing what you are doing now and clean up your diet and add more exercises. Good Luck

NO NOT AT ALL UNLESS YOU PLAN ON EATING NOTHING THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. with this diet you may loose wright but will be gained right beack the moment you eat again. Dont do it wont work long term

SOME TIPS

I have studied exercising and weight-loss for fifteen years and the number one misconception is that you weight too much. Dont stop reading if you want a hot body. You are not trying to loose weight you are trying to loose fat . There is a big difference, I no girls that are 5ft weight 110 and have hot bodies. This is because they have muscle. So if you want to look better gain muscle and burn fat.

OK now ill explain how:

Now one day eat normally as you would and count the calories you ate. If you do not no the amount of calories of a cartain food look it up.

Lets say you ate 2,000 calories
the next day 1950
then 1900
then 1850
then1800

cut it down slowly or else youll not loose weight and even if you do youll gain the weight back.

But cutting down on calories dont cut it take sugary and fatty substances out of your diet.

no chips
no soda
no cake .....

Also increase the protein intake. Eat proteins with low fat like chicken, fish, egg whites, whey protein shakes are good. Most of all eat your fruits and vegetables . Do not eat to late because it is a fact that you do not burn many calories sleeping so you gain weight by eating before you sleep. Eat small frequent meals. Meaning eat 5 times a day of small meals example:

when you wake up have a fruit (maby apple) and oatmeal
then 2-3 hours later
another samll meal and so on the best meal items,

eggs,
protein shake,
gereen vegetables (salads) remember lots of dieters eat salad but ruin it by putting dressing. No dressing its not healthy.
yogurt
orange juice (healthy but no more than 1 glass daily)
if you drink milk do not drink whole milk. fat reduced milk
brown rice- no white rice
beans...

high protein low carb's. But do not be afriad of all carbs you need carbs like oatmeal, brown rice, pasta... just dont overload

Also remember to walk 10 minutes after breakfast!!!

You still have not done enought to loose weight

You must EXERCISE!!!!

ok i reccomend 10 minutes of walking every day after breakfast.

and do extra exercises 5 days a week. This includes cardio. Most people think they can loose weight with just dieting. Nope you must do 30+ min cardio 5 days weekly

Its is important to vary what you do and not let your body get too used to the exercises,

Things to do for cardio:

walk (fast)
jog
sprint
cycling
swimming
running stairs
jumpring jacks
jump ropes
play sports (maby join a track team)

I no a lot of girls think theyll become manly by working out but it shapes the body and maked you look better.

So i reccomend working out 3- 4 days a week. This will tighten your buttox and chest. help create a flat stomach and get rid of flab on the arms and legs.

Please workout--
I reccomend working out no longer than 50 min 4 days a week. The reason 50 min is because when you lift weights after 50 minutes your body breaks down muscle for energy instead of fat so i usually go 45 min
my schedule:

thursday- chest and back
friday- abs
saturday- legs
sunday- arms

Follow every thing i said and youll loose weight. It is a slow process and unlike dieting these effects will be life- term without having to starve your self all you have to do is eat healthy.

Stay motivated and even when you feel you cant loose weight and get muscle you can its a slow process.

So it may take over a few months maby even a year.

THE CHOICE IS YOURS FALL FOR THOSE FAKE COMMERCIALS ABOUT LOOSING 10 POUNDS IN A WEEK OR WORK HARD UNTIL YOU ACHIEVE THE BODY YOU WANT.

Actually depriving yourself of food is not the answer, it doesn't look like your eating very much and your body needs calories to burn. If you were to just cut out sugar or salt from your diet you would see results faster because your body needs protein and iron and your not going to get that from crackers. Rollerblading is good exercises and drinking a lot of water is also good, but I would recommend eating more through out the day.

Here's a typical day for me that allows me to stay in shape:

Breakfast (very Important)
2 egg whites
Orange Juice or milk
Whole Wheat toast

Snack
Slice of cheese
apple
or handful of nuts

Lunch
Tuna salad
regular salad
water or juice
and carb free candy bar

snack
pork Rhine's
water

dinner
chicken breast
low carb pasta
water or decaf tea
light salad

Good Luck

being skinny's overrated and a good idea for food is vegatables, they dont have carbs and are fat free, crackers have carbs (and so does fruit,) crackers dont have as many nutrients, so instead of eight crackers, eat some green beans, or carrots and be sure to take vitamins to make up for the nutrients ull be missing by not eating meat and stuff. it probably wont be long before u notice urself losing weight, the average diet plan people lose about 2 lbs a week, u may loose more. and the thing about ur body holding on to fat, if u dont eat fat it wont have any to hold on to, maybe for the first week itll hold on to it, if this was true nobody would be anorexic.

you wont lose weight fast that way because you're starving yourself and your body is going to hold onto any extra fat you have because you've put your body into starvation mode. You need to eat a well balanced diet. 6 small meals a day.. Never skip breakfast because it's what gets your metabolism going. and if you are really interested in losing weight the healthy way then workout a little more. Do 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and start incorporating weights 3-5 days a week. Good luck!

Considering that you are starving yourself, which will cause your body to slow down your metabolism, longer than if you ate sensibly!

Lose the crackers and set up an eating plan for yourself that is high in protein (if you plan to keep exercising), low in fat, low in added sugar and gives you the proper nutrients!

That is not in any way nutritionally balanced or healthy in the least. Eat some protein and some fruits and veggies. Crash dieting is going to ruin your health. It makes me sick how many women are willing to sacrifice their health to lose a few pounds.
