The Mets are good enough to win the World Series. They have the three big ingredients - pitching, defense, and hitting. If Pedro could make a comeback by mid-September, the Mets starters of Glavine, Maine, Martinez, Perez, and Hernandez should make the dream a reality.

Doubtful. They are at the top of a weak division in a weak league. Anything could happen.

I am a NL baseball supporter (Astros and Mets) but I'm also a realist.

No way. The Mets have a history of choking in the playoffs. Why should this year be any different?
