THere is a boat I want to donate, and It needs some work. I want to donate it to the Boyscouts or the Sea scouts. how do I do it?

As Cord S said, contact the Council for your area. To find them, go to http://www.scouting.org/nav/enter.jsp?s=xx&c=lc and enter your zip code. This will give you the contact information for the council in your area. The boat may be considered a gift for tax purposes, so ask for a receipt from the Scouts, and check with your tax adviser.
