Were you given a choice?

If yes, what happened that led you to choose that particular religion?

If no, will you change your religion? What will you do about it?

Thanks for answering ^_^

My faith is Islam.
Yes i was given a choice.
I was raised in a Protestant/christian house hold. My parents always encouraged me to think for myself and find my own path in life. I went through several different stages. Teenager their is no God, 20's more spiritual did not believe in religion. In my 30's discussing Islam with friends, read the Quran, questioned many things and i just knew it was for me. That God had opened my heart to Islam and that i could do nothing else in my life without doing it as a Muslim, that submitting to God was the right path for me. All the pieces of the puzzle fell into place it was very easy to do once my mind was made up.

I attend my church at LEAST twice a week. We have Saturday night service with Pastors Don Cherry and Ron McClain. I attend the Hockey Night In Canada congregation. On Sunday's I attend services @ 11:00 am. There we have pastors Howie Long ,Terry Bradshaw, and Jimmy Johnson who show up @ 12 pm. All services are held in the Blessed Living Room of Will church. We also have copious amounts of sacramental beer and/or vodka.

Islam is my religion.

I made the choice to become Muslim with the help of Allah (SWT).

About to become a military officer with the US Army National Guard and wanted to settle my affairs with God. Drifted away from Baptist teachings. Went from Baptist to Atheist to Muslim in the span of maybe 3 years.

My religion is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints. I was given a choise and i converted to the church. The spirit has manifest unto me that this church is true. The church has preformed miricals on my behalf, especially such miracles as curing asthma as a child and also reliving me from paralization. For these medical miracles to be preformed, i had alot of faith and i know that god will heal me. This is not the reason i love this church, but it stregthens my testimony. I love my church and know it is the true church. I have tryed other churches, but i havent felt the spirit as strong as in my church. I have seen miracles and have experianced miracles. These were gift from god to me for my good deeds and continuing faith. I know that Jesus Christ lives and is the Head of our church.

Episcopalian.

Yes.

I was raised Roman Catholic and I married a woman who was divorced and grew up Lutheran. The Episcopal church gave us a safe home to grow in our relationship with God and with each other.
