I have intensified my running workouts. I now find myself to tired to eat. Is this normal?

Yes it is normal. Any type of strenuous activity can prove to be an extremely effective appetite suppressant (I forget the exact physiological science of it though).
Any-who. Try to eat something. I know it's tough, but you really do need to replace the vitamins, minerals and nutrients that you lost during your workout. Maybe give yourself time after practice...come home, take a shower, check your email and relax a bit. THEN try to eat.
Good luck!

You have to eat. As a runner, food is the fuel. You need to eat before you run and eat in small portion at multiple times a day so you can have fuel without building too much fat.

Having decreased appetite is normal for many runners. You need to get used to that feeling and still eat. Count calories and see how much food you need per day. Small meals will decrease the abdominal cramp and nausea that might be associated with intense workout.

Yes this applies to everyone. when I'm done with my 2 mile run, i usually come home and i don't feel like eating i just feel like drinking. when you finish your workout your body is somewhat dehydrated and needs water, this surpresses the craving of food that you may have. its interesting how you can not eat and be hungry all day, then get tiered and not be hungry anymore.
