Yikes! If your insurance or the transport company reimburse you for the damages, I'd try to do as many repairs as possible in order to increase the resale value, but as you describe it, I'd be surprised if you are able get give it away!

What is the history of the mobile home? Was it in a flood, or some other natural disaster? Where and what state is it located? Is there a lien or legal paperwork against it? Condition of title? All need to be answered before a reasonable price can be fixed. If you do not or can not sell it try to donate it to Charity and use the value as a write off. Do you want to just get rid of it or make a profit? Just because you put a price on it doesn't mean it will sell.. If all else fails put a sign of it marked "BEST OFFER". As they say one mans junk is an others treasure. Good Luck in selling.

That is an awful lot of work required on something that old. Does land come with it? Because the land would be the only thing of value in this deal. If the buyer would have to have the house moved, that's a major problem and added expense on their part, so I don't think anyone would be willing to give you very much for privilege of dragging it off your lot. I think your best bet would be to contact dealers who specialize in repos and used units, and see if they will come haul it away without charging you. Everyone wants to think that property they own has value, but sometimes it just doesn't.

before you sell it i would get the trailer outfit to fix what damage they did to you home because that took away the selling price from your home then i would call you electric co and have them replace the windows in your home then i would get some students to paint your house and then i would try to get a good price for it good luck ask a re estate agent
